Stewart Reynolds, our founder and Chief Yield Officer, has unique life experiences in parcel operations, parcel engineering, parcel business development, parcel shipping, and a parcel auditor. This distinctive combination of knowledge led to uncovering the massive holes in traditional auditors' and freight payment companies' recovery yield and services.

Our mission is to champion our customers, collect the second harvest in the recovery process, and provide rooted solutions tailored to their unique shipping profile.

The Deeply Rooted Story

In 2004, Stewart Reynolds, our founder and Chief Yield Officer, graduated from the University of Virginia-Wise and started his first post-college job at United Parcel Service. At UPS, he had roles in operations, engineering and eventually landed in sales. Here, he rocketed up the ranks, becoming one of the youngest Directors of Enterprise Sales. He managed the entire relationship for all modes, services, and technology between UPS and large private shippers, as well as massive Fortune 500 companies.

In 2010, while working for UPS, Stewart purchased an E-commerce subscription company called the Virginia Wine of the Month Club. The VA Wine Club gave him a different experience as a shipper and the challenges of working with major carriers from that angle. Since then, the VA Wine Club has run its operations and fulfills other local wineries and E-Commerce companies. In the pursuit of providing their services, The VA Wine Club partnered with UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

In January of 2020, Stewart left UPS to pursue a role as the Director of Global Sales with a startup logistics technology company named Slync.io. At Slync.io, he worked with some of the most brilliant people in the logistic technology industry developing custom solutions for global carriers, shippers, and logistic service companies. This time was well spent learning the value of merging data lakes of information, data harmonization, and process automation. These solutions were applied to a plethora any logistical processes and challenges. While working with global logistic service providers, he gained valuable insight into their operations and systems. Which included shortcomings in their billing systems and processes.

In January of 2021, Stewart Joined ConData as their Vice President of Parcel & Last Mile Strategy. At ConData, he realized an industry gap in almost every parcel audit and recovery provider. When doing a detailed analysis of audit and recovery for potential clients, he found that no matter the provider, there was a large gap between what they recovered and the possible recovery. He finally decided to take his passion and knowledge and form a company geared towards championing the shipper. His goal was to fill the perpetual need for a deep-rooted recovery process and solutions to sure up the shipper's bottom line.
